Kelli A. Emerick

Kelli A. Emerick is President of 121 Strategies & Government Relations, a government affairs and business strategy firm based in Washington, D.C. For the last fifteen years Ms. Emerick has represented client's interest before Congress and the Administration. She has an extensive and successful record helping clients achieve their public policy goals in the areas of online child safety, identity management, information sharing, e-commerce and privacy.
Representing Fortune 500 technology companies in every sector, including software, telecommunications, enterprise architecture, telecommunications and identity management, Ms. Emerick understands first-hand the impact Washington can have on innovation and business. Previously, Ms. Emerick was a partner with IT Policy Solutions and Senior Vice President at FH|GPC, Fleishman Hillard's government relations division.

She was also formerly with Downey Chandler, Inc., a bipartisan government relations consulting firm, and has worked on numerous congressional campaigns.
Additionally, Ms. Emerick worked with the communications staff of former President Ronald Reagan and assisted with a key marginal election for the British Conservative Party. She and her husband live in Alexandria, Virginia with their dog, Maui.
Marc-Anthony Signorino, CIPP

Marc-Anthony Signorino is Vice President and General Counsel for 121 Strategies and Government Relations, responsible for a broad technology policy portfolio, including the protection of intellectual property rights, cybersecurity, consumer online privacy and security, identity management issues, Internet governance, telecommunications and broadband deployment, and America's competitiveness agenda. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), and has recently served as Secretary of the Board of Directors for the Internet Security Alliance, Washington D.C.'s leading cyber-security advocacy group.
Previously, Mr. Signorino was the Director of Technology Policy at the National Association of Manufacturers, responsible for working with Congress and the Administration on a wide array of technology issues.

He was formerly with the American Electronics Association (AeA), where he was the Director and Counsel of Technology Policy, as well as the Executive Director of AeA's State Government Affairs program. He has also helped open eBay's government affairs office in Washington, D.C., served as the Executive Vice President of Forum Provisions Co., and was an award-winning copywriter at Mullen Advertising and Public Relations.
Mr. Signorino studied law both at Georgetown University Law Center and Northeastern University School of Law, the latter of which granted him a Juris Doctorate. He received his Bachelors of Science at Boston University's College of Communication. Mr. Signorino is married and lives in Alexandria, Virginia.

Saralee Boteler is a Washington, DC-based senior public affairs communications counselor, with over 30 years of experience in strategic communications development, public policy issues management, federal and legislative outreach and corporate communications. Saralee areas of expertise include homeland security and immigration, privacy and data security, federal and international regulatory compliance and information technology and she is a certified information privacy professional (corporate/federal government.) For over six years she co-managed global public education and information support for her client, the Department of Homeland Security’s US-VISIT program, including strategic communications planning related to testing and deployment of US-VISIT Exit; interagency communications coordination between DHS and the U.S. Department of State regarding testing and deployment of the e-Passport and applicability US-VISIT requirements of Visa Waiver Program countries; and creation of US-VISIT’s successful privacy stakeholder outreach initiative. Past clients include AT&T, Honda North America, ABB and the Carnegie Commission on the Prevention of Deadly Conflict. Previously, Saralee held positions with the U.S. Departments of State and Treasury, Peace Corps and Federal Aviation Administration and served as Legislative Assistant for International Trade and Finance for U.S. Senator Mack Mattingly (R-GA).

Anne DiGiulio

Anne DiGiulio serves as Staff & Research Assistant with 121 Strategies & Government Relations. Ms. DiGiulio is responsible for the firm's social media and outreach strategy. She provides research and legislative monitoring and focuses on Health IT and Cybersecurity issues. Ms. DiGiulio graduated from the George Washington University in 2009, earning a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science, with a focus in Public Policy.
While there, she was a student leader on campus, involved with a number of student organizations, including writing for the noted undergraduate political science magazine, The Discourse. Ms. DiGiulio is originally from Chicago, IL and currently lives in the DuPont Circle area of Washington, DC.
